- Club House within walking distance with pool, right on the beach. Open for dining most of the time; it's seasonal. Also within walking distance, right next to the Club and on the ocean, is a fantastic new restaurant, The Oasis. There are several other restaurants within walking distance.
- It really is not necessary to rent a car lots of cabs available. (your choice).
- Some wonderful large resorts are in the area
- LasHadas (Remember the Movie "Ten", it was filmed there) 15 minutes away.
- Colima is about an hour away. All the information about the history and places to visit are available in the house.
- Laguna de NAVIDAD a great place to visit for the day.
- All will make a wonderful Mexico holiday.
- Molly is the maid and will clean and cook for you. We provide maid service midweek. Molly's fee is $8.00 a day to clean; $15.00 per day to clean and cook.

$120 Per night, $ 2000 Per month perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 (Sleeps 5)
$200 Deposit within 10 days of reservation to secure dates
$300 Security deposit and balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Security deposit refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
